Dana Bradford, Keynote Speaker
To say Dana has excellent academic credentials is an understatement. Dana received a Bachelor of Science majoring in neuroscience and psychology with Honours in neuroscience from the University of Queensland. She also holds a PhD in neuroscience awarded by the Queensland Brain Institute.
Dana is a Senior Research Scientist with the Australian eHealth Research Centre in CSIRO and leads projects to develop digital services for equitable healthcare in both general and culturally diverse populations (particularly in chronic health, mental health, genomics and aged care).
Dana is currently on part time secondment with the Mental Health Lab at the Queensland Brain Institute, where she is investigating the molecular mechanisms through which adult vitamin D deficiency affects cognition.
In her keynote address
Dana will discuss the megatrends that are likely to impact on youth mental health over the next 20 years, with a focus on factors likely to impact mental wellbeing in the workplace.
