About Graeme's keynote
Depression and anxiety disorders account for 34% of lost productivity through absenteeism and presenteeism; yet 86% of those afflicted suffer in silence rather than discuss with work colleagues. What can be done to address this?
In Back From The Brink, over 4000 people who have learnt to manage their depression or anxiety were asked "what worked best?" Their answers reveal surprisingly simple themes. Not only will Graeme provide practical tips to help individuals, he will also be discussing critical success factors for creating a mentally resilient culture.
